Jessica Turner from The Mom Creative has published a book called The Fringe Hours, which encourages and helps us women find time during the day to do something special for ourselves. I totally consider spending 30 kid-free minutes in Target as doing something special for myself. Those 3o minutes recharge my batteries for sure!
