Target Valentine Clearance 90% off

We’ve have heard from quite a few people that they have found the Valentine clearance marked down to 90% off today. There are a few stores that have also stayed at 70% off so it isn’t happening everywhere. It sounds like the dollar spot items that were on clearance have also made it to 90% off.
