I noticed at my Target in Issaquah, WA that the backpacks have been marked down to 30% off. If there are still some left in a couple of weeks, these will go down to 50% off, and if you are really lucky you may be able to find some at 70% off.
If I see backpacks at 70% off I usually pick up one or two to use in the future. I also usually buy the nicer backpacks, so I know they will last for longer than one year.
Back packs had a 30%off sign but were priced 50%off.
