Hi, I think I may be the only person who doesn’t know what Cartwheel is 🙂 I’ve heard of it but don’t really understand it. Do I need a Smart phone? Could you explain how it works or direct me to a post or site that explains what it is? Thank you!!
This post should explain everything for you. You don’t need a smartphone, you should be able to print out a bar code and use that to get your discounts.

Teresa, Cartwheel works just like coupons. You have to sign up for it on the website, then you select which offers you want to use. You don’t need a smartphone–what I do is just print out the list of offers to take to the store, and the cashier can scan the code on the printed list.
