One of my favorite ways to save at Target is by shopping the holiday clearance. You can find so many items that aren’t necessarily holiday themed that can be used year round. The holiday/seasonal items get marked down as low as 90% off. As an example, you can check out all the items I bought at 90% off as part of the Christmas clearance.

With another holiday clearance coming soon, I thought it would be fun to show you a gift I put together with the Christmas clearance items I picked up. While you are out shopping the Easter clearance think about items you can use as gifts, items to DIY to decorate your home, birthday party decorations or favors, or even stocking stuffers for Christmas. Shopping ahead of time at 70-90% off will save you big money in the long run.

I bought this cosmetic bag and coordinating make-up brush for $.50 each, the 2 items only cost me $1.00. In addition to the make-up bag and brush, I am also adding some Maybelline Mascara that I got on clearance for $1.34 (70% off) at Christmas time and a Rimmel lip gloss that I picked up this week for only $.99. The lip gloss was $3.99 and I use a $3/1 printable Rimmel lip product coupon.
