On April 21, 2013, Target be giving away one FREE reusable bag per guest. They will be giving away 1.5 million bags and 250,000 of the bags will also contain samples of sustainable products, including method Dish Soap, Annie’s Bunny Grahams, Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent and Burt’s Bees Moisturizing Cream.
Awesome! I always love getting their free bags on earth day. They used to pack all of your purchases in them so you walked out with several of them. The past 2 years, they only gave you one bag…which was still nice but not as good. I like the idea of environmentally friendly samples. I will be there bright and early to collect!!

Any idea if the stores that are closed Sundays will be doing the giveaways on Saturday or Monday? Or skipping it altogether?

I have never been to one of these events myself, so I am not 100% certain. You can check in at the customer service desk when you get their though.
last year they just gave them away when you checked out, so I’m assuming the same this year
