This time of year we see a ton of clearance markdowns in the cosmetics department because they will have new releases from brands at the beginning of the year. If you are in need a make-up now would be an excellent time to check it out and see what you can find.
Most of the items I saw were 30-50% off. These can go as low as 70% off, but the selection won’t be as big.
