I stopped at Target last night and noticed that the wall art and frames had been newly marked down to 70% off. You may want to check your stores for similar deals. Keep in mind that clearance deals will vary, but when there is a fairly large markdown in a certain department I find the markdowns generally happen at almost all stores around the same time or within a week of each other.
