It’s Christmas Clearance time! Most stores have marked the Christmas items down to 70% off. I will do my best to let you know when they got to 90% off. Fun stuff!
I scoured my Federal Way, WA Target today and here are some of the hidden deals you may want to look for at your store. If you find anymore items that are worth mentioning please leave a comment on this post. If you have a picture that would be great too! I spent way too much time at Target this morning, but it was worth it and oh so much fun!
You may want to check the kitchen area for these Dish sets. I noticed them in Monster Inc and Spiderman, they may come in a few other varieties too. These are made by Zak! At 70% off these are ringing up at only $2.69.
I also spotted this 4-pack of Hello Kitty glasses that aren’t Christmas themed at all, but they are ringing up at 70% off. These are $5.99, reg $19.99.
Keep an eye out for these iPad and iPhone items, you may find them in the electronics section. You will want to check for items that have a black dot with the price on them.
Many of the gift items will have this red and green packaging. So many of these items aren’t actually Christmas themed items, so they would make great gifts. This retro clock radio was only $5.99.
I also found a telescope with the same packaging.
I stumbled upon this super soft blanket in with the bedding. I figured it was on sale, because it had the red/green tag on it. Sure enough! It rang up at $5.99, regularly $19.99.
Check the health and beauty section for these Burt’s Bees lip balm that were in the stocking stuffer section. The top of the package should look like the cut out of a snowflake.
I found several different style Revlon brushes at 70% off. All of them were black with silver trim and have a red band around the brush.
The Christmas section also have some packaged kitchen gifts. I found this Citrus Reamer for only $1.79. The key to finding these items is to look for gold trimmed packaging with polka dots on the side.
In the office department you will want to look for several different scotch items like the following:
- Tape dispenser
- Scotch tape
- Scissors
I also found some Scotch Expressions Washi Tape. One was solid red, one was gold with a floral print and the last one was a red and green criss cross design.
In the arts and crafts section you may want to scan some of the Kids Made Modern kits, I found quite a few that were ringing up at 70% off. Here are a few more I spotted that weren’t necessarily Christmas themed.
Watch for make-up bags made by Contents that have gold labels on them, they should be ringing up at 70% off. Most of the ones I saw were black, white and coral colored.
These J.R. Watkins hand soaps may be found in the health and beauty section. Most of them come in holiday scents. These are ringing up at 70% off too.
You can also check the lighting department for night lights.
I was kind of surprised to find Glad and Ziploc holiday containers in 2 different spots at my store. These were located back by where the plastic wrap and foil are located.

Perfect! Some of these I didn’t notice on my pre-clearance scouting trips. Yes, I walked through the store and took photos of things in the holiday displays that didn’t look too “holiday.” Lol!
I also found that Threshold holiday items such as table cloths, table runners, and other linens were marked down 70%.
I found lots of the holiday colors goldfish crackers mixed in with the regular ones down the aisle. Rang up half off! 🙂
My deal of the day at Target (Lewisville, TX) was Peanut M&M’s got two packages, used the Target $1.50 off two and paid $1.82 (.91 each).
What is the SKU for the hello kitty glasses?

3 more days = 90% off
2 more days = salvage and donated to Goodwill

Also check the kitchen section – I got a whirly pop popcorn popper for $11, they were 50% off and there was an entire end cap of them!
I found gold paper plates, napkins, and cutlery on an end cap near the party supply section. They were with other colored plates, napkins, etc., but the gold ones were specifically on clearance for 70% off making them 0.89 for 60 ct. packs. They were available in lunch plates, dessert plates, lunch napkins, beverage napkins, and cutlery.
Oh my! I need that kid paper tape and fluffy throw blanket!!!
I found really nice Wilton muffin pans, mini muffin pans, loaf pans, and pie pans in the kitchen dept. 70% off prices were 1.49-3.89.
Found mini Dream Lites for 50% off, perfect for the Easter basket! Also found a My First Crayola Activity Box filled with tons of crayons, markers, scissors, etc. at 50% off, only $7.50!
Look for the xmas theme baby wipes too! I got some less than $0.70 a pack! I got them when they were 50% off. I tried to look for them since most of the things are 70% off now, but didn’t find any.

There are star wars 4 pl glasses like the hello Kitty as well. Also I scored several flavors of Archer farms coffee that was 1/2 off then used cartwheeled for their 10% off coupon.
There is a coupon for $1.50 off Burts Bee’scoupon on coupons.com that is a money maker when used with the lip balm for .89.
I found Method spray all-purpose cleaner and dish soap in a holly berry scent and vanilla peppermint scent for 50% off. They smell awesome and what a deal!
I found a set of two (white & red) wine aerators for half off! They were displayed with the gift sets so they were 29.99 regular $60. 🙂
