I just got a heads up from Kelly that the Target Dollar Spot items with a black dot will be 30% off today and tomorrow (10/30 & 10/31. Many of the items will be Halloween and fall themed. These items will go to 50% off on November 1st. Please keep in mind that last time the Dollar Spot items went on clearance they never made it to 70% off, so there is a good chance that 50% off may be the best discount we see.
