Target has recently stocked the Dollar Spot with some new Patriotic and Nautical themed items. These prices of these items are $1, $3 and $5. The Target Dollar Spot has been fairly HOT recently so if you see something you love I would pick it up sooner rather than later.

Yup, just about all of it. What? I couldn’t help myself lol. We’re finishing up our basement and turning it into the master bedroom, and I wanted to do an Americana theme in there. Kind of a shabby-chic/old country look. So I just had to get some of these items for the new room. I ended up getting the USA block letters, a nice sized American flag bandana that I’ll hang on the wall, one star shaped glass dish, four different small tin buckets, the dark blue wooden crate, a red-a white-and a blue-hanging wooden star, flag painted hanging wooden square, a dark blue and white striped glass container with wooden lid, And three different throw pillows that have: America est. 1776 • USA party like its 1776 • and the other has the flag··· I’m sure I’m forgetting something lol. I’ve already got a dark red velvet couch in there, for the “living room” side of the room; so I’m still looking for a nice American flag throw blanket to go on the back of that. My husband and I put together a couple Americana style puzzles and placed them in picture frames to hang on the walls. Then I’ve got a bunch of his military coins, badges, certificates, etc that I’ve framed to hang up as well (he’s Active Duty USAF, Tech Sgt, Combat Arms Instructor). I still need to find some bedding/ comforter etc that will go along with it all. and I’m going to make some curtains for the three small windows down there···paint and hang up a few shelves, and probably add a few more little touch ups here and there; but I think it’s going to look great once everything’s all put together. It’s amazing how just a couple little items can really pull a room together though ツ gotta love the dollar bins at target! (Sorry, didn’t mean to write a book here.
