I picked up quite a few things at Target this week. The retail price of everything here is $58.74. I spent $20.42 and I got back $20 in Target gift cards. If you factor in the gift cards I got back, it’s like I paid $.42 for everything here. SCORE!!

Earlier this week I also picked up some clearance school supplies, you can see my two trips HERE and HERE.
My Target let me use the bogo Pantene, $3.00 off 3 and the $1.00 off any styler coupons. I found one conditioner and one shampoo marked down to $5.51 each for a grand total of $16.01for shampoo, conditioner and styler, -4.99(the limit for the bogo coupon)-$1.00-$3.00-.81(cartwheel)=$6.21 plus then I got the $10.00 gift card which made my total free +3.79.. 🙂
oh, darn! i passed up the $5.51 clearance marked bottles because i figured they wouldn’t work (i’ve had that happen before – you have to get the right packaging to get the deal!). even so – bought (2) conditioners & (1) shampoo @ 6.49 = 19.47 – 4.99 – 10.00 gift card = $4.48 for 3 big bottles of shampoo for my tween!
My Target wouldn’t let me use the bogo coupon AND get the $10 gift card. I am kind of mad. 🙁 It was still a great deal with the gift card, $1 off coupon, and cartwheel, but it could’ve been better. 🙁
I have a question. When you receive a gift card for purchasing the Pantene or other products with that same offer, are you allowed you use the gift cards they give you on that same purchase or are they meant to be used on a different day and purchase?
Btw, I purchased the same Lindt Chocolate as you and it was sooo good.
You can’t use the gift card on that purchase. You can divide your purchases and do the items with the gift card first and then purchase everything else in a second transaction.
Did you do 2 transactions or does your target let you use 2 identical target coupons in one transaction (the smuckers $1off target q)
