I went to 3 local Targets and they all wouldn’t let me use the Bic Razor Coupons for those specific razors! And for three different reasons… 1. you have to buy razors that cost $3 or more to use this coupon, 2. my manager said that you can’t use this coupon for these razors, and 3. (my favorite) these razors are not pictured on the coupon so you can’t use it for this item!
