I have receive a handful of reports that Halloween has gone down to 90% off at Target. While I don’t think it is happening at the majority of the stores today, this is a VERY good sign that the 90% off markdown should happen at tomorrow (Saturday, November 5th). It was in my store and there usually behind but food items were only 50 not 70. I got 4 kid costumes for 13 dollars
Boston-South Bay 90 percent, not on food or candy. I got 2 adult costumes for $8 and loads of animated decorations for $1-$3 each.
