I used the recipe on the Hellman’s/Best Foods site to create these Farm to Table Sandwiches (make 4 sandwiches):
- 4 TBSP Best Foods Organic Mayonnaise
- 4 Brioche rolls toasted
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices of Prosciutto
- 4 eggs poached or fried
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
These are super simple to make and they taste so fresh and yummy. Simply spread 1 tablespoon Best Foods Organic Original Mayonnaise on each roll, then evenly top with remaining ingredients.
I occasionally like to make sandwiches for dinner especially if we have a busy night. These were quick and easy to make and the fried egg gives the sandwich a good source of protein.
Ahh…Arugula is probably my all-time favorite green. I love it in sandwiches so much! I also use it in salads and even on top of my pizza sometimes.
