One of my favorite flavor combinations is Chocolate and Peppermint, so I knew as soon as I saw the recipe for Chocolate-Peppermint Sandwiches it was going to be the first recipe I made. You will find the following categories in this cookbook:
The directions for the cookies were easy to follow. Not only will you find easy to follow recipes, you will also find gorgeous photographs (I love a cookbook with great photos!) I always worry that my final product won’t turn out as fabulous as the ones in the book, but the cookies turned out amazing. Not only do they look great, they taste great too. Using the recipes in this book will have people thinking you spent way more time in the kitchen than you actually did.
Nothing says the holidays quite like home baked treats and sharing them makes the holidays even brighter. You will find quite a few tips and tricks in this book to help with gifting. I especially loved the page that shows how to assemble a showstopping cookie platter. How you arrange the cookies on the plate really does make a difference.
These Chocolate-Peppermint Sandwiches cookies would be so easy to wrap up and gift. Just stack them up, wrap in cellophane and tie them with a ribbon.
